My research focuses on remodelling the tumour microenvironment for synergistically enhanced immunotherapy, alongside the design and fabrication of stimuli-responsive hydrogels for osteoarthritis treatment. Smart biomaterials are engineered to reshape pathological niches: tumour immunosuppression is reversed to amplify anti-tumour immune responses, while local responsive hydrogel platforms enable controlled drug release to relieve joint inflammation and retard cartilage degeneration. This work integrates biomaterial engineering and immune modulation to advance translational therapeutic strategies.
